Return Policy

      Can I Return My Purchase?
Yosemite Hide Company and www.yosemitehide.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 15 days of the orginal shipment date. No refunds after 30 days from the orginal shipment date. Merchandise returned after 15 days of the orginal shipment date will be charged a $30 restocking fee. Merchandise must be in new condition with all of the original attached tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn and especially undamaged.

Any returned special order item will be subject to a $30 restocking fee.

You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. If exchanging an item, include the style number, size and color of the new item. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

      Returning to Yosemite Hide Company
You must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any merchandise to Yosemite Hide Company. To do so call 1-209-723-4433 or email to Bobbi@yosemitehide.com.

      How To Ship Your Return or Exchange
You must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you can make a return. Be sure to clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package, and include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package. Ship your return to:

If you are to receive credit, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If there is an additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
